This policy describes what data we collect when you visit kyubix.xyz, why we collect it, and how you control your own data.
Who we are
KYUBIX is a 3D LiDAR scanning and digital twin company based in Belgrade, Serbia. For privacy questions, write to info@kyubix.xyz.
What data we collect
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for anonymous visit analytics. GA4 collects: anonymized IP address, device and browser type, language, geographic region (city/country), pages you visit, time spent on page, and traffic source (e.g. Google search, direct URL entry). We do not collect your name, email, or other personal data through GA4.
When data is collected
GA4 only activates if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner during your first visit. If you click "Decline" or dismiss the banner, GA4 is not loaded and we do not collect any analytics data.
Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and the message content. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. We retain it for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your decision at any time — click "Manage Cookies" in the site footer. The banner will reappear and you can change your selection. Note: if you previously accepted cookies, withdrawing consent takes effect after the next page reload.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about what data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. Send all requests to info@kyubix.xyz.
