On-Site Scanning
Our operator visits the site and scans the building using a LiDAR camera. One person, non-disruptive, fast.
Processing & Delivery
Data is processed, the virtual tour is published, drawings or BIM models are produced. You review and provide feedback.
Finalization
Your comments are applied, all files are delivered. Walkthrough meeting, project sign-off, done.

Technology
We use the Matterport Pro3 LiDAR camera.
KYUBIX uses commercial LiDAR equipment with ±20mm accuracy at 10m. This is suitable for architectural design, renovation planning, and facility management.
KYUBIX is not a licensed geodetic surveyor. For applications requiring survey-grade precision (±2-4mm), such as legal boundary surveys, structural calculations, or underground utilities, we recommend engaging a licensed surveyor.
